Who we are
Howard Recovery Connection is a Recovery Center Organization (RCO) that is managed and governed by representatives of local communities of recovery. Our organization respects all pathways to recovery and we are not a treatment provider. Our goal is to bridge the gap in systems of care by connecting people to the necessary support and services that can help them achieve long-term recovery from substance use disorder. We achieve this through peer-to-peer recovery support services, public education, and advocacy.

Our team comprises a group of highly determined individuals who share a common goal: to help society overcome substance misuse and experience the freedom that comes with it. We believe that everyone deserves a chance at a healthy and fulfilling life, free from the grips of substance misuse.
Our team comes from diverse backgrounds, with different experiences and skills that complement each other.
We recognize that overcoming substance misuse is a difficult journey, but we are here to walk alongside those who are on that path. We aim to empower them to take charge of their lives and to make the necessary changes to achieve their goals.
At the core of our team is a deep sense of compassion and understanding. So, we will continue to work towards our vision of a world where everyone has the opportunity to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
How we support
Howard County Recovery Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing recovery resources through a variety of programs to address individual needs. All of HCRC's programs focus on providing the tools and resources to assist men and women in living financially independent, drug and alcohol-free lives.

Their dedication and commitment to overcoming obstacles is an inspiration to us all, and we stand in solidarity with them as they continue on their journey towards health and well-being.
